Data cleansing or cleaning is the process of fixing or removing incorrect, corrupted, incorrectly formatted, duplicate, or incomplete data within a dataset.
This process should be regularly performed to ensure your records are keep your accurate and up-to-date.
Our staff ensure they enter the correct email address and all details correctly by repeating back to the client and ensuring the correct spelling. I. e. "Steven or Stephen"; "Cathy or Kathy", and "Alan or Allen" are just some examples.
